Opening reception planned for WSU art exhibition

A reception to mark the opening of the Chancellor’s Art Exhibition Series at Washington State University Tri-Cities in Richland is 5 p.m. Wednesday in the East Building, Room 228.

The semi-annual juried exhibition series showcases artists from the Columbia Valley. Forty-four pieces will be on display through spring semester in the East Building administration corridor, which is open to the public 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays.

The opening reception and the exhibit are free.
